Foundations of Presence Through Mindfulness Meditation

Hina invites you to join her in this foundational mindfulness meditation course to cultivate foundations in presence that support you in your well-being.

This course will teach you all that you need to know about beginning and sustaining practices of mindfulness in daily life. You will learn mindfulness of breath, body, thoughts, and ways to bring this into the everyday.

Mindfulness practices strengthen you in supporting your physical and emotional health, balance stress and anxiety,  improve immune function, enhance your relationships, and resource you in challenging moments. You will learn through talks, as well as experiential practices, with opportunities for inquiry.

There is a beginner level, and no prerequisite is required. As it will be conducted virtually, you can learn in the comfort of your own home.

Wednesdays, 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM CST

April 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th.

This course is taught live, via Zoom.
