*CLOSED* Mindful Self-Compassion Morning Course (8-Weeks)

Hina invites you to join her MSC Course for a journey of learning, self-discovery, and self-awareness to nurture and grow your own self-compassion and emotional resiliency. The course will be offered live via Zoom over 8 weeks, and includes a silent retreat.

8-weeks, 3-hour class once a week (24 hours)

Plus one silent retreat (3 hours)

September 15, 2022-November 3, 2022 (Thursdays). Time: 10:00 am CST to 1:00 pm CST

1 retreat (3 hours) - Thursday, October 20th, 2022 from 10 AM - 1 PM CST via Zoom.

For National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC), this course provides 24 hours of continuing education units. You will receive an official certificate of completion with CE credit hours (minimum attendance and completion of questionnaire required).
