Mindful Self-Compassion Morning Course (8-weeks)
MSC is an 8-week, evidence-based, compassion training course (created by psychologists Dr. Kristen Neff and Dr. Chris Germer) that focuses on cultivating self-compassion through such activities as meditation, short talks, experiential exercises, group discussion, practices in small groups or pairs, and home practices. For National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC), this course provides 24 hours of continuing education units. You will be provided with a certificate of completion (minimum attendance and completion of questionnaire required).
8-weeks, 3 hour class once a week (24 hours)
Plus one silent retreat (3 hours)

September 12th, 2024 (Thursdays). Time: 9:30 am CST to 12:30 pm CST.
1 retreat (3 hours) - TBD
Investment: $450, this is a deposit of $50.00 to hold your place.
The deposit will apply to your total cost and will be refunded if the class doesn’t run due to insufficient numbers.
