Mindful Self-Compassion Afternoon Course (8-weeks) - with CE CREDITS
MSC is an 8-week, evidence-based, compassion training course (created by psychologists Dr. Kristen Neff and Dr. Chris Germer) that focuses on cultivating self-compassion through such activities as meditation, short talks, experiential exercises, group discussion, practices in small groups or pairs, and home practices. For National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC), this course provides 24 hours of continuing education units. You will be provided with a certificate of completion (minimum attendance and completion of questionnaire required).

Plus one silent retreat
