I’m Hina and I have raised two children (now young adults), in different cultures and countries! I was certainly familiar with the guilt, the doubts, and the stresses of mothering, while also having that strong desire to want happy, healthy kids, and wanting to keep myself joyful as well.
I am a board certified health and wellness coach, as well as certified in mindfulness meditation, self-compassion, breath-work, and laughter yoga–all things that were powerful in my mothering and helped me to transform the way I parent.
